Designed as a refined and intimate gathering, the event offered an early preview of WÀNGDA’s upcoming Soft Armor collection and served as a new collection launch and influencer, press, and community activation

Led the full event planning and on-site coordination from venue curation and guest list management to décor styling and run-of-show execution. Ensured all brand touchpoints—from table settings to menu design—reflected the aesthetic of the new Soft Armor collection.
Creator & Media Engagement
Led the outreach process and RSVP management for top-tier editors, stylists, and creators to align attendance with WÀNGDA’s target audience. Strengthened relationships with key media representatives and tastemakers, driving organic coverage and post-event amplification.
