MONI Studio is a new creative and event space in Ridgewood designed for art, music, and community experiences. Its opening event showcased the studio’s design, installations, and collaborators, featuring four DJs, curated artworks, and sponsor activations from IDLE, TOP JOB, MINUS COSMETICS, and NOON. The event aimed to capture MONI’s creative energy while generating exposure and publicity for the space.

Execution

Provided end-to-end PR and event execution support, overseeing all phases from planning to post-event amplification:

Managed VIP/media guest list, sponsors, and vendors

02. Event Execution & Promotion

Oversaw on-site production, communications, and guest experience

Coordinated collaboration between Velvet.Co and MONI teams

03. Post-Event Amplification

Managed media outreach, social coverage, and content distribution

Tracked exposure and compiled post-event reporting
